These Wholesale Terms and Conditions apply to wholesale orders placed with CheapBooz Ltd.

By placing a wholesale order, the customer agrees to the applicable terms set out below.

1. Wholesale Eligibility

We may request reasonable business information to verify a wholesale account before accepting an order.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Returns and Refunds

Business customers may not have the same statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights as consumers.

However, any applicable contractual rights and legal protections concerning faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Nothing in these terms authorises a customer to resell products unlawfully.
